Do you have special lighting?

We have multiple colored light sets to accent the side walls of the main room.

Are tables/chairs included?

We have padded folding chairs and 40 round tables (60”) and 40 long tables (8’) available at no extra cost.

Do you have a kitchen?

The venue has a full commercial kitchen with empty refrigerator for event use.  A serving window allows kitchen service or buffet tables can accommodate a serving line in the main hall. The kitchen has a separate entrance for deliveries and to avoid event disruptions.

Is the bar area open to the public?

The adjacent bar area is included in the rental and is only open to guests.

Can real candles be used?

Yes! Candles, DJ fog machines, and other effects are allowed if pre-approved.

What’s the earliest allowed set-up time?

Pass codes are given for the day of the event, so you can have the full day (before your start time) to set up.  If the day before is not booked with an event, it may also be used for a $50 fee.

Is the bar cash only?

The venue accepts cash and credit cards.

Can customers pre-pay or run tabs at the bar?

Pre-payment is allowed for kegs and soft drinks, and tabs are also accepted.

Can the venue arrange decorations, food, and entertainment?

We can arrange as much as needed among our preferred vendors.

How much does it cost to reserve the venue?

Contracts require a $500 deposit, which includes a $300 damage deposit that will be returned after the event.

When is full payment due?

If paying with a check, full payment is due 45 days before the event. Otherwise, cash or credit can be used just prior to the event start time.

Can we bring our own food?

Yes, and we have preferred vendors if needed.

Do bartenders cost extra?

Bar staff is included for beer and wine. Additional staff can be scheduled if hard liquor or machines are requested.

Does the venue have security?

Security is included in the price.

Does the stage have 220 electricity?

Yes

Do we have to clean up?

Clean up is included in the price!

Do you have free Wi-Fi?

Yes
